商务部新闻发言人沈丹阳在今天上午举行的例行新闻发布会上透露，据海关统计，1-10月，我国进出口总值31615.7亿美元，同比增长6.3%。其中，出口16709亿美元，增长7.8%；进口14906.7亿美元，增长4.6%；贸易顺差1802亿美元，扩大45.6%。

　　外贸运行主要呈现以下特点：

　　(一)与美国、东盟等重要贸易伙伴贸易增长平稳，与欧盟、日本贸易同比下降。

　　前10个月，中美双边贸易额增长9.1%，中国与东盟双边贸易总额增长9.4%，与俄罗斯、南非和巴西双边贸易总额分别增长13.4%、34.9%和3.5%，中欧双边贸易额下降3.0%；中日双边贸易额下降2.1%。1-9月，新兴市场在我外贸总额中占比上升，发达国家在我外贸总额中占比下降1.7个百分点。

　　前10个月，中部地区出口增长20.2%，西部地区出口增长43.6%，其中，重庆出口同比增长1.4倍，安徽、河南和四川出口增速分别为67.9%、54.1%和40.2%。东部地区出口增长4.8%，比前三季度提高0.5个百分点。广东、福建、江苏、浙江和山东出口分别增长7.5%、7.1%、4.1%、4.4%和1.4%，均低于同期全国出口增幅。中西部地区占全国外贸总额比重上升1.3个百分点，出口比重上升2个百分点。

　　前10个月，我国一般贸易进出口16556.3亿美元，增长5.5%。其中出口8114.0亿美元，增长8.5%；进口8442.3亿美元，增长2.7%。加工贸易进出口10985.3亿美元，增长2.5%，其中出口7052.3亿美元，增长3.0%；进口3932.9亿美元，增长1.6%。

　　前10个月，我国机电产品出口9573.8亿美元，增长8.5%，高出同期出口总体增速0.7个百分点。纺织品、服装、家具、鞋类、箱包、塑料制品、玩具等七大类劳动密集型产品出口增长8.3%。10月当月，机电产品出口增长10.2%，比前三季度加快1.9个百分点，七大类劳动密集型产品出口增长20.7%，比前三季度加快13.7个百分点。
