国家发改委、商务部等几部委正在酝酿对化肥关税的调整，目前已经征求过几次企业的意见了。

　　此前在今年11月10日下午举行的一个化肥行业政策专题会上，国家发改委经贸司处长吴君杨称，“国家有关部门已经注意到当前氮肥、磷复合肥行业面临的困难，正在就年度出口关税方案征求各方面意见，仍在进行磋商和调整，预计明年化肥出口关税将总体稳定”。
