荷兰经济政策研究局（NetherlanDS Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis， 简称CPB）11月23日发布的月度报告显示，9月份全球贸易量增长0.8%，实现自5月份以来的首次增长，这是全球经济增长放缓可能进入尾声的一个先兆。

　　报告显示，9月份全球贸易量受到亚洲发展中经济体进出口和美国出口增加的提振，同期的欧元区进出口双双下滑。亚洲发展中经济体9月份出口较大幅度增长5%，而8月份为增长2%，当月进口亦增长4.6%。美国9月份出口增长3.4%，进口微增0.9%。

The report shows that,In September by global trade developing Asian economies import and export and the United States export increased boost,In the same period of the eurozone import and export slid in.Asian developing economies in September export increase 5%,And for the growth of 2% in August,Also the import growth of 4.6%.The United States export growth of 3.4% in September,Import micro increased by 0.9%.

　　与之相对照，欧元区9月份进口下滑2.5%，出口减少1.7%。此外，报告公布，第三季度全球贸易量下降0.2%，较第二季度0.5%的降幅有所收窄。CPB全球贸易量是最早公布的衡量全球贸易水平的指标，因此受到决策者和部分央行关注。（宋扬）
