经国务院批准，财政部、科技部、民政部、海关总署、国家税务总局日前联合发布通知，明确从明年起符合条件的科技类民办非企业单位将被纳入现行科学研究和教学用品进口税收优惠政策范围。

　　五部门通知指出，自2013年1月1日起，对符合条件的科技类民办非企业单位以科学研究为目的，在合理数量范围内进口国内不能生产或者性能不能满足需要的科研用品，免征进口关税和进口环节增值税、消费税。
