　　赵连均：尊敬的张会长，各位领导，企业家们，先生们，女士们下午好，非常荣幸能给大家做报告，绥芬河位于黑龙江南部，是全国文明城市和中国优秀旅游城市，口岸发展已经100多年。发展自由贸易非常迅猛，2011年贸易额实现了80亿美元，在中俄间的所有口岸成交中贸易额是最大的，在境外有150多个投资项目，累计投资额10亿美元以上。绥芬河也是普京总统给外国城市题字的唯一城市，又是远东大开发最便捷的一个渠道，这已经进入到了实质性的阶段。现在的俄罗斯已经不是五年前，十年前的俄罗斯了，政治、社会、治安开始稳定，各级政府招商引资的积极性相当于我们国家的90年代初，绥芬河到远东的重要城市距210公里，目前正在修高速公路，口岸建设和机场建设，明年上半年绥芬河口岸将会实现23小时通关。绥芬河又是我国东南沿海，包括日本、韩国等国家通向欧洲最便捷的通道，有的地区已经开通了到北美的航线，到日本、韩国的航线，绥芬河的货物已经实现了中、俄、日、韩的跨境运输。同时绥芬河又是一个优惠政策，投资开放的乐土，中国第一个自由流通的试点市，对俄贸易的结算中心，延边重点开发开放区今年相继被国务院批准，绥满开发带也已形成。绥芬河要开发开放程度最高的边境贸易区，也是异国风情浓郁，避暑圣地，绥芬河的环境是西藏的云，青海的天，北欧的山，巴马的空气，欢迎各位到绥芬河参观，考察，旅游，谢谢大家。
