昨日，商务部服务贸易和商贸服务业司司长周柳军在首届中国（上海）国际技术进出口交易会新闻发布会上表示，中国技术出口正进入快速增长的新阶段，但技术贸易仍呈现逆差状态，每年逆差在100亿美元以上。
