财政部日前发布通知，明年1月1日起，我国将对780多种进口商品实施低于最惠国税率的年度进口暂定税率，不少市民感兴趣的婴幼儿奶粉、调味品、单反相机镜头等商品关税也在调整之列。业内人士表示，关税降低对商品价格的影响或在春节前后显现。

　　根据通知，《2013年关税实施方案》将自2013年1月1日起实施，在新的关税实施方案中，我国将对780多种进口商品实施低于最惠国税率的年度进口暂定税率，这一数字超过2012年的730种。

　　降低税率的产品主要有五大类：一是调味品、特殊配方婴幼儿奶粉等与人民群众密切相关的生活和医疗用品；二是汽车生产线机器人、锂电子蓄电池等促进装备制造业和战略性新兴产业发展的设备、零部件和原材料；三是高岭土、钨铁等能源资源性产品；四是紫苜蓿、自走式饲料搅拌投喂车等支农惠农产品；五是羽绒、亚麻短纤等支持纺织行业发展的产品。
