国务院关税税则委员会近日下发通知称，2013年1月1日起，我国将对780多种进口商品实施低于最惠国税率的年度进口暂定税率，其中填充用羽毛、羽绒进口关税税率将由10%降至5%，亚麻短纤及废麻由4%降到1%。
