　　据福州检验检疫局的消息称，明年1月1日起将启用《进口散装食用油新规》，有关部门提醒相关企业提前做好准备。

　　一是进口食用植物油报检时，应提供运输工具前3航次装载货物名单，油罐在上一航次装运货物应是食品或在《允许装运货物列表》中的物质；油罐前第二、第三航次装运货物应是《禁止装运货物列表》以外的物质；

　　“在国际贸易和货物运输中，散装植物油脂一用油罐运输。”有关部门负责人表示，油罐不可能仅用于装载植物油脂，因此在运载本航次植物油脂前，船方会对油罐内部进行清洗。但是这种清洗不可能做到干净彻底，船舶的管线或船舱夹缝等不易清洗处理的地方就可能残留上一航次的物质，特别对于熔点较高的棕榈硬脂，简单的清舱处理不足以消除前三航次苯类及某些化学产品的污染残留问题。因此该规定不仅保护了国内消费者的健康安全，也避免了整船退运给贸易方带来的损失。
