韩国知识经济部1月1日发表的《2012年进出口动向和2013年进出口展望》显示，2012年韩外贸总额10677亿美元，继2011年再次突破1万亿美元大关，同比减少1.1%，其中，出口5482亿美元，同比减少1.3%，进口5195亿美元，同比减少0.9%，贸易收支实现286亿美元顺差。截至2012年12月20日，中韩贸易额为2089亿美元，同比减少2.3%，其中，韩对华出口1302亿美元，同比减少0.1%，自华进口787亿美元，同比减少6.8%，对华贸易收支实现515亿美元顺差。
