今年《中华人民共和国进出口税则》自1月1日起正式实施。合肥海关结合我省2012年进出口情况测算，新税则将为今年我省外贸节省上亿元的税负。

　　据分析，本次税率调整中共有65项商品进口暂定税率产生了变化，但涉及我省去年有进口记录商品仅涉及9项商品，这9项商品的暂定税率在2013版税则中均为降低，按照2012年1~11月份实际进口数量测算，减少税负0.11亿元。

　　由于2013版税则中淡季出口化肥税率由7%降低为2%，降幅为71.4%，且适用淡季税率适用基准价格也有所提高，根据2012年情况测算，我省化肥企业可以减少税负0.92亿元。综合测算，我省企业今年进出口合计约能减少税负1.03亿元，其中进口减少0.11亿元，出口减少0.92亿元，出口减负为进口的8倍多。
