据韩国媒体报道，韩国银行方面表示，中韩货币互换支援贸易结算制度已正式启动，将向与韩银签署外汇借贷协议的银行开启首个人民币贷款业务。而以中国作为主要出口市场的韩国汽车企业将成为该次人民币贷款的首个贷款方。

　　据悉，中韩货币互换制是指两国中央银行在对方银行开设本行账户，并打入本国货币。例如韩国银行的中国银行账户中存有一定额度的人民币后，并将这些人民币运用到贸易结算当中，相关韩国的商业银行可以将这笔资金贷给韩国进口企业，用以支付货品预付款，与韩国企业交易的中国出口企业就会收到人民币预付款。同样，韩国出口企业将从中国进口企业方收到韩币预付款。
