商务部日前发布公告，终裁决定自2013年1月28日起，对原产于美国和欧盟的进口乙二醇和二甘醇的单丁醚征收反倾销税，实施期限为5年。

　　公告称，经调查，商务部最终裁定，在本案调查期内，原产于美国和欧盟的进口乙二醇和二甘醇的单丁醚存在倾销，中国国内产业受到了实质损害，且倾销与实质损害之间存在因果关系。根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》有关规定，商务部决定自2013年1月28日起，对上述产品征收反倾销税。进口经营者在进口上述产品时，应依据公告中列明的各公司税率缴纳反倾销税。
