巴西外贸委员会今天在此间开会，决定提高100种进口产品的进口关税，以此鼓励国内同类产品的生产，应对国际危机所带来的外贸竞争。

Brazil trade committee meeting today in here,Decided to raise 100 kind of import product import tariff,To encourage domestic production of similar products,To deal with the international crisis brought about by the foreign trade competition.

　　根据这项为期一年的新措施，自行车轮胎和汽车轮胎的进口关税从现在的16%提高到25%。矿物油关税从4%提高到25%，铝板关税从14%提高到20%，土豆关税从14%提高到25%。此外，玻璃、砖瓦等建筑材料、部分机械设备、货车车厢、部分药品原料等也相应提高了进口关税。据悉，巴西这项新措施对中国向巴西出口轮胎、玻璃、机械设备、药品原料等可能带来一定的影响。

According to the new measures for the period of one year,Bicycle tyre and automobile tire import tariffs from now to 16%.Mineral oil tariff increased from 4% to 25%,Aluminum tariff increased from 14% to 20%,Potatoes tariff increased from 14% to 25%.In addition,glass/Tile and building materials/Part of the mechanical equipment/Truck car/Part of the pharmaceutical raw materials and so on also raise the import tariff.It is reported,Brazil the new measures on Chinese tire exports to Brazil/glass/Mechanical equipment/Pharmaceutical raw material and so on can bring certain effect.

　　财政部长曼特加表示，巴西政府期待这项措施能够提高本国产品的产量，巴西冶金、石油化工和轮胎等行业将从中受益。

Finance minister mann extra said,The Brazilian government are looking forward to the measures to improve the output of domestic products,Brazil metallurgy/Petroleum chemical industry and tire industries will benefit from it.

　　曼特加还表示，巴西政府密切关注国内市场提高关税后的进口产品价格走势。如果这些产品价格上涨过多的话，巴西政府将相应调低进口关税，以防止提高进口关税给国内市场带来新的通货膨胀压力。

Mante add also said,The Brazilian government pay close attention to the domestic market to boost tariffs of imported products price trend.If these products prices too many words,The Brazilian government will make the corresponding lower import tariffs,In order to prevent the increase import tariffs to the domestic market brings new inflationary pressure.

　　巴西工业贸易发展部长皮门特尔否认巴西采取贸易保护措施来扶持本国企业。他强调，“我们是在世界贸易组织规则之内行事。这些产品均属例外产品目录”。
