据国家海关发布的最新数据显示，2012年我国共出口尿素695万吨，比2011年的356万吨大幅增长95.23%，与2010年创纪录的703万吨相差不足10万吨，创历史第二高纪录。

　　2012年尿素出口量大幅增加主要有三方面原因。一是国际需求较好，印度、美国、巴西等主要尿素进口国均需求良好。二是低关税期企业集中发力。上半年因处于高关税期，加之国内需求火爆，我国尿素出口量不大。下半年国内尿素价格大幅下跌，同时国内市场进入淡季，需求明显下降，国内企业抓住下半年尿素出口进入低关税期的机遇，加大了出口力度。9月份后，我国月出口量均在120万吨以上，12月份更是高达166万吨，同比大幅增长525.42%，创出2011年以来的月出口新高。
