3月3日，欧盟“木材及木制品规例和新环保设计指令”将强制实施。该指令要求今后出口欧盟的木材生产加工销售链条上的所有厂商，都必须获得FSC森林认证的“身份证”，即必须提交木材来源地、国家及森林、木材体积和重量、原木供应商的名称地址等证明木材来源合法性的基本资料。然而，企业获得FSC认证并不容易，目前，全世界获得认证的木材大约只有10%，而中国市场上能够获得认证的木材还不到1%。
