　　王岐山表示，近日双方达成了扩大原油贸易的重要共识，中俄能源合作取得新的重大进展。双方政府部门应就原油增供问题抓紧磋商、尽快签署政府间协议，两国企业在互利基础上加快商务谈判。关于中俄天津炼厂项目，希望双方尽快磋商，签署政府间协议文本。两国政府支持企业进行东部管道供气谈判，双方确认将通过东线管道每年对华供气380亿立方米，并就东线液化天然气项目和西线供气合作继续研究论证。中俄两国核能合作势头良好，前景广阔，希望双方开展全方位合作，同步推进核电站、空间堆、浮动堆、快堆以及在第三国建设核电站等一揽子合作。支持两国企业在互利共赢的基础上，继续推动电力、煤炭、能效与可再生能源、铝业等领域的长期合作。
