政府工作报告中，一组耀眼的数据让不少委员们感到振奋：2012年惠州外贸出口达292亿美元，增长26.3%，增幅居全省首位。市政协委员、惠州市贸促会的林伟却用另一组数字，让在场各位看到惠州外贸经济的隐忧。
