　　沈丹阳表示进口下降主要有三个因素：一是我国经济增长趋缓，实体经济面临下行压力。建筑及采矿用机械、纺织机械等资本品的进口需求严重下降；二是作为出口先行指标的加工贸易的进口增长乏力，特别是用于出口的零部件进口需求走弱，使得加工贸易进口增速在8月当月比去年同期下降了1.4%；三是大宗商品价格的下跌拉低了进口增速，8月重点能源资源产品的进口平均价格普遍下跌。
