据报道，近日，越南财政部已经出台了关于应税商品目录中优惠进出口税目表的157/2011/TT-BTC号通知补充修改草案。众所周知，越国内钢铁企业因进口钢材竞争陷入困境，部分企业面临倒闭风险，因此财政部拟上调部分钢铁产品的进口关税。

　　其中，冷轧不锈钢的进口关税由现行的5%上调至7%。另外，其他部分钢铁产品的进口关税预计也将上调5-10%。关税上调钢材品种包括：宽度为600mm以下的不锈钢扁平材产品、截面为圆形、外圆直径406.4mm以上的各种铁管和钢管、连接钢管的配件等等。
