近期，宁波地区两批输欧硅胶厨房制品因检验不合格未能出口，原因是检验结果不符合欧盟（EU）No.10/2011指令要求。据了解，由于客户下单时，只要求符合单一国家检测要求，实际上却以欧盟港口为中转港口，产品最后销售、使用国别为北美或其他不发达国家和地区。加之该类产品报价偏低，接下订单后企业只能通过使用廉价原料、简化生产工艺等方式降低成本。因此，产品未达到欧盟法规要求。
