据巴黎媒体消息，法国农业办公室FranceAgriMer周四公布的数据显示，欧盟本周发放了71.2万吨软小麦出口许可，为逾两年的最大量，使得2012/13年度(7-6月)迄今的软小麦出口许可总量达800万吨。
