中国商务部今日召开例行发布会，商务部发言人沈丹阳表示，1-4月，我国与美国、东盟双边贸易分别增长9.4%和18.1%。内地对香港双边贸易增长66.0%，对南非双边贸易增长49.7%，增速分别高于我国对外贸易总体增速52个、35.7个百分点。

　　在谈到关于对外贸易情况时，沈丹阳表示，据海关初步统计，2013年1-4月，全国进出口总额8.36万亿元人民币(折合13307.5亿美元)，扣除汇率因素(下同)同比增长14%。其中，出口4.37万亿元人民币(折合6958.7亿美元)，增长17.4%；进口3.99万亿元人民币(折合6348.8亿美元)，增长10.6%；贸易顺差3834.6亿元人民币(折合609.9亿美元)，增长2.25倍。1-4月外贸运行呈现以下特点：

　　一是与美国、东盟贸易平稳增长，与香港、南非增长较快。1-4月，我国与美国、东盟双边贸易分别增长9.4%和18.1%。内地对香港双边贸易增长66.0%，对南非双边贸易增长49.7%，增速分别高于我国对外贸易总体增速52个、35.7个百分点。此外，我国与欧盟双边贸易下降1.3%、与日本下降8.5%。

　　四是机电产品出口较快增长，传统劳动密集型产品出口增势明显。1-4月，我国机电产品出口4073.7亿美元，增长17.6%，占同期我国出口总值的58.5%，同期机电产品进口2738.5亿美元，增长18.4%，高出同期外贸进口总体增速7.8个百分点。高新技术产品出口2210.0亿美元，增长27.7%，高出同期外贸出口总体增速10.3个百分点，同期高新技术产品进口1864.0亿美元，增长30.8%，高出同期外贸进口总体增速20.2个百分点。服装、纺织品、鞋类、家具、塑料(10020,-55.00,-0.55%)制品、箱包和玩具等七大类劳动密集型产品共出口1331.1亿美元，增长19.6%。
